For purposes of this policy, “personal data” means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or an identifiable individual. Your Privacy Rights and Options
Lucro is based in the State of Montana. We value your confidence and trust in us and take the privacy of your information extremely seriously. If you have a question or concern about this privacy policy and our use of personal information, please feel free to contact us! Even if the law in Montana is different from your home jurisdiction, we will still do our best to resolve any requests you may have.
If you would like to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, email [email protected] and put “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line, so we can get it to the right people. You can also delete the Lucro account tied to your sign-in from your profile. Once we have received your request, the first thing we will do is determine if we have collected and retained any of your personal data. If we are in possession of your personal data, we will confirm receipt of your request and contact you to verify your identity. The method by which we will verify your identity may vary, depending on the type and sensitivity of your personal data, the risk of harm to you, and the technology available to you. If we cannot verify your identity with reasonable certainty, we will deny your request and inform you that your identity could not be verified. Although you are under no obligation to cooperate with our efforts to verify your identity, we cannot act on your request until you have done so.
Please do not send us any sensitive personal information as part of your request. Should we require any information beyond your name and the email address on your Lucro account, we will contact you to discuss a secure and reliable means of transmitting that information to us.
Our resolution of your request will depend on the nature of the personal data and the purposes of our processing of your data. We reserve the right to decline your request if we are unable to authenticate your identity, if we have a good faith, reasonable, and documented belief that your request is fraudulent, or if your request exceeds what is required of us under applicable law. We may elect to fulfill your request without conceding the applicability of any legal requirement that would require us to do so.
Should we decline your request, you may submit an appeal of our decision to [email protected]. Please include “Consumer Privacy Appeal” in the subject of your email.
