1. Beta Service

Lucro is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. Access is granted by invitation and requires a valid access key.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Lucro, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Access Keys

  • Access keys are personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
  • You may not share, sell, or publicly post your access key.
  • We may revoke access keys at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape protected content
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute beta materials without permission

All content, branding, lessons, tools, and software in the Service are owned by Lucro or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the beta.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time by clearing your session and ceasing use of your access key.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
